Community Threads Incorporated Community Arts & Events Complex is located at 474 Kelton Avenue and 1503- 1511 E. Main Street and is designated as an Empowerment Zone for community revitalization. The site consists of two (2) two-story brick structure buildings totaling 27,171 and 6,650 square feet and is serviced by all public utilities.
